I often hear people ask what they can eat for breakfast when they are following a low carb menu, because they can’t stand the thought of eating eggs for breakfast another day. If I shall make a guess, eggs are probably the most common low carb breakfast. Eggs and bacon, omelette, scrambled eggs, cooked eggs and fried eggs are classics, but think outside the box when it comes to using eggs. You can use them in salads, make smoothies with raw eggs, make muffins and on top of low carb bread.
You can eat anything for breakfast. Again, think outside the box. Stir fry, sausages and leftovers from dinner are perfect for breakfast.
