Motivational Tip – 30 Day Challenge

Do you have a hard time sticking 100% to your low carb meal plan? Here is a tip that may help you stick to the good habits.

This month is almost over and that is a perfect chance to start a new habit. Focus on one habit you want to practice for the next 30 days. Give yourself a 30 day challenge. Once you’ve decided on your challenge, write it down on paper. Also write down your motivation and any obstacles you can think of.

Print out a calendar. You can find a free one here. Put an x on the calendar for every day you are able to stick to your good habit. The goal is to get an X for every day of the month. Once you are into a good trend with several X’s in a row, you’ll be even more motivated to stick to your habit so that you don’t break the chain. If you don’t stick to your plan every day, don’t quit, but get back on track.

Telling someone about your little challenge is also a good idea. Put a comment in the box below with your 30 day challenge or tell a friend, so that you are accountable to someone.
